David Porter
Statesville Campus pastor
David Porter has been an integral part of our church family since 2009. What began as serving the staff as student coordinator quickly evolved, and David stepped into the role of Statesville Campus Pastor.
Passionate about the community and dedicated to spreading the love of Jesus, David has worked to connect with people and create an environment where anyone can experience Jesus by loving people unconditionally. David is excited to witness the continued transformation and growth in the life of our church as we live out our mission statement to Introduce our friends to Jesus, Learn to follow him, and celebrate his presence in our lives.
David and his wife Andrea have been married since 1996 and have raised two children, Madi and Chase. David and Andrea have a heart for Statesville and love serving their community together.

Cove Students has events and experiences created specifically for middle & high school students, where you’ll make friends, have fun, hang out, explore what it means to have a relationship with Jesus and be exactly who He has made you to be!
Sunday's at 9:30 & 11:30aM
While the big kids head to “grown-up” church, Cove Kids is excited to welcome children ages 6 weeks to 5th grade. Through age-appropriate lessons, activities, and small groups, children learn biblical truths and how they can apply these truths to their lives. No pre-registration is required.
